With much thought and consideration, I decided to change the name of the next upcoming EP to "Temptations" instead of "Like I Do". I just feel that the name fits the position I have lived in the past 6 months, as when most of these songs were written. We deal with a "Choice" "Temptations" daily. The song elaborates on one particular one I have dealt with. The song is on the EP and is called believe it or not, "Temptations" You can view it on YouTube.com (Jes Winter "Temptations")CD RELEASE DATE IS MAY 21st!!!
Im stoked to announce that we will be in the studio starting January 17th to record our 2nd 4 song EP. The EP name and release date is still in the works, but we plan to have it available towards the end of March. Stay posted on the website for new pics and videos. Cheers!
So our Photographer Tom Meinen(www.tommeinenphotography.com) is one professional and dedicated man! Him and I went back and forth trying to set up a date for a photo shoot. After much discussion and finally a date picked, he tells me the news that we have to meet at 6am because the best lighting is from twilight to sunrise. So here the band was Thanksgiving morning freeezzzing our butts off taking photos. Lets just say it will be interesting to see what turns out! Lets just say I have a new found respect for models... The photo shoot ended nicely when we went to an undisclosed bar and had a few shots of whiskey! that warmed us right up;)

Sean is learning the older songs very quickly and the new songs, well lets just say they are kick butt!!! It is great to have another electric in the mix played by Pj. There is something about me that I just cant get rid of the acoustic though.... anywho, Sean and Pj are awesome, as well as Jeremiah and Kyle... We are very excited to get out and about and start playing shows again.... Steve from Swizzle Tree has booked us in Chicago in September, we are very excited to play out there! I will keep you updated with the details as they come along.. In the mean time, no more drinking and writing in the “news” section of the website!!!
